k1ga Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "k1ga," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the k1ga gaming platform, its operators, owners, licensors, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the k1ga website accessible at https://k1ga.bet, including all sub-pages, services, features, games, and tools made available thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k1ga Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the k1ga Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their k1ga Account using any accepted payment method, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account by k1ga under the terms of any applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by k1ga, conducted using a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour expressly prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated software.

These Terms & Conditions, together with k1ga's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between the Player and k1ga governing access to and use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process on k1ga, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, the Player irrevocably agrees to be bound by these Terms in their current form and as amended from time to time.

k1ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the k1ga Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

1. The Player must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Individuals below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
2. The Player must be a human individual acting on their own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or automated bots is prohibited.
3. The Player must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of k1ga or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.
4. The Player must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any attempt to misrepresent identity, age, or location will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

k1ga employs age verification procedures in compliance with its licensing obligations. All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC before withdrawal processing is enabled. k1ga may, at its sole discretion, request age and identity verification at any point during the Player's use of the Platform, including prior to first deposit, first withdrawal, or at any time when suspicious activity is detected.

Where a Player is found to be underage at any point, k1ga will immediately suspend the Account, void all bets and winnings generated from that Account, and report the matter to the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the k1ga Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, Players are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used for account authentication and transaction verification).
• A valid email address.
• Date of birth confirming the Player is 21 years of age or older.
• Such other information as k1ga may reasonably require for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport, or other government-issued photographic identity document. k1ga reserves the right to request additional supporting documents including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

All Player data collected during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with k1ga's Privacy Policy. k1ga implements industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard Player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The Player agrees to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, which k1ga strongly recommends for all Accounts.
• Never share Account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify k1ga immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account, by contacting support at [email protected].

k1ga shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the Player's failure to protect their Account credentials. All activity conducted through a Player's Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by that Player unless the Player has notified k1ga of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant transaction.

k1ga employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform and implements automated systems to detect suspicious login behaviour, unusual betting patterns, and other indicators of unauthorised account access.

k1ga accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and ATM cash channels. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day as published on the Platform's cashier page.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. k1ga is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking network outages.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• k1ga reserves the right to perform additional identity checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the transaction pattern is unusual.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as detailed in Section 7.
• Withdrawal processing times are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to the operating hours and policies of the relevant payment provider.

k1ga offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and special events to eligible registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all k1ga bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with k1ga.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the timeframe specified for the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• k1ga reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the wagering requirement, and at what percentage. Typically, live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• k1ga reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Players, converted to cash, or exchanged for any non-cash consideration outside of the promotional mechanics.

Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms — will result in the voiding of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

All bets and gaming activity on the k1ga Platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are published within each game interface or product section. The following general rules apply across all k1ga gaming products:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player.
• k1ga reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as the result of a technical fault, or where odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, k1ga's records shall be the primary reference. All gaming results are determined by the game software, and the outcome displayed on the Player's device at the time of the result is final.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the live table interface and any applicable studio rules communicated by the live dealer at the time of play.
• k1ga reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, or maximum payout limits on any game or market at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed using system errors, software glitches, or exploited game mechanics will be voided. The Player's obligation to report such errors to k1ga support is acknowledged by the Player as a condition of use.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k1ga Platform. Any Player found engaging in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all funds and winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with k1ga.
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age or allowing a person under 21 to access the Platform through your Account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, fraudulent payment claims, or misrepresentation of transaction disputes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems, or any other tool to place bets, collect data, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that k1ga, acting reasonably, determines to be harmful, abusive, threatening, or damaging to other Players, k1ga staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

All content on the k1ga Platform, including but not limited to the k1ga brand name, logo, trade marks, domain name, website design, software, game assets, graphics, text, and all other material published on the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of k1ga or its duly licensed content providers and technology partners.

The Player is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any k1ga content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any k1ga software.
• Using k1ga's trade marks or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining any portion of the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of k1ga intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the Player's own gaming decisions, including any financial loss arising from the inherent risk of gambling.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside k1ga's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, Pakistani banking networks, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit k1ga's liability in circumstances where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

k1ga is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. As a condition of using the k1ga Platform, the Player acknowledges the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment that involves inherent financial risk. There is no guarantee of winning.
• The Player should only gamble with funds they can comfortably afford to lose without affecting their personal financial obligations.
• The Player must be 21 years of age or older. It is the Player's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing their k1ga Account.

k1ga provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge from within the Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit into their k1ga Account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can lose across all gaming activity.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which all gaming and deposit activity will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the k1ga Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players seeking this option should contact [email protected] directly.

k1ga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where k1ga has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's Account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity, including activity potentially connected to money laundering.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of their engagement with k1ga.
• Continuation of the Player's Account would expose k1ga to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cool-off period.

A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting k1ga support. Upon closure, the Player's verified Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

In the event of Account closure due to Prohibited Conduct, k1ga reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit seized funds to the appropriate regulatory authority.

k1ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, k1ga will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the Player's Account.

Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. The Player's continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must immediately cease using the Platform and contact k1ga to request Account closure and withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance.

k1ga will always maintain an archived copy of previous versions of these Terms, which may be requested by Players via [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1ga holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through k1ga's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by k1ga's licensing authority.

k1ga operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the rules, regulations, and oversight of its licensing authority. Players who have exhausted k1ga's internal complaints procedure and remain unsatisfied with the outcome have the right to escalate their complaint to the licensing authority's designated player dispute resolution service.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory rights that a Player may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Pakistani Players retain all mandatory rights afforded to them under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
